About Egla Mansi
Egla Mansi works as a Professor at Roosevelt International University of Baptist (RIUOB). She is a quantitative and empirical economist and researcher on the digital transformation, public governance, circular economy, and policy innovation.
Egla is a PhD Candidate in Public Management and Governance at University of Rome Tor Vergata and she is based in Tirana, Albania. In her doctoral studies, she is investigating digital public services, political trust, and democratic engagement and how the e-government systems can enhance institutional legitimacy under the condition of supported by inclusive access and digital literacy.
She is the holder of a Master of Arts in Economics earned at CERGE-EI and an Assistant Lecturer at the Epoka University where she teaches Statistics, Data Analysis, and Quantitative Methods. Her scholarly work combines econometrics, policy analysis through visualisation of data, and evidence-based analysis.

Paulo is known to combine the technical richness with the executive level of understanding. His advice goes to organisations on the implementation of strong AI ecosystems that are not only high-performing but also interpretable, compliant, and ethical. His approach combines the use of high modelling strategies with organisational preparedness so that business impact is guaranteed and not experimental implementation.
He is the head of Data Science and AI Department in RIUOB, where he is concerned with academic rigour, applied research, and industry alignment.
