RIU retains the overall academic and administrative authority over its admissions, curriculum, assessment criteria, credit models, academic policies, and operational processes.

The university can also revise, suspend, or withdraw programs, courses, schedules, faculty assignments, mode of delivery or service when the need arises.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply to all parties engaging with the university's platforms, programs, and services.

• "University" refers to Roosevelt International University and all its affiliated campuses, departments, and digital platforms.
• "Student" refers to any individual who has enrolled or is in the process of enrolling in any program offered by RIU.
• "Services" refers to all academic, administrative, digital, and support services provided by the University.
• "Platform" includes the university website, learning management systems, portals, and any associated digital tools.

Use of the University's Website and Digital Services is intended for individuals who meet applicable legal and institutional requirements. By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when required
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and university policies

Users agree to use all University platforms responsibly, ethically, and for lawful purpose only. You agree not to engage in activities that may:

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, databases, or accounts
• Disrupt or interfere with website functionality or services
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with the University
• Collect data from others without consent
• Use platforms for unauthorised commercial purposes

Any misuse of the University's systems may result in restricted access and may lead to further disciplinary or legal action.

The process of admission is done based on the information which has been given by the applicant. False information, incomplete information or misleading information could lead to refusal, termination of admission or the removal of the given credentials.

Roosevelt International University upholds the highest standards of academic integrity. All students are expected to submit original work and uphold the principles of honesty in all academic endeavours.

• Plagiarism, fabrication, and cheating are strictly prohibited
• Violations may result in course failure, suspension, or expulsion
• All submissions may be reviewed by anti-plagiarism systems

Students are responsible for all tuition and fees associated with their program of study. Payment schedules and deadlines are published each academic term and must be adhered to.

Failure to meet financial obligations may result in restricted access to university services, academic records, or continued enrolment.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the date of withdrawal relative to the academic term start date. Students who wish to withdraw must formally notify the Registrar's Office in writing.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Roosevelt International University is incorporated and operates.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Students acknowledge and accept this governing framework upon enrolment.
