    Dr. Enrique Guevarra is a successful academic administrator and government administrator with a career of more than 30 years in serving as an administrator in institutions as well as the government. His skills lie in strategic planning, curriculum development, and organizational capacity building in various academic and public sector settings.

    He has worked as an institution head, a contributor to doctoral level education, and has played a pivotal role in municipal government, demonstrating his keen interest in excellence in education, leadership, and serving the public.

    Dr. Guevarra holds a Doctor of Management with Distinction from Capitol University, Philippines. His academic foundation and practical experience make him a distinguished leader in higher education.
