01

General Refund Policy

Refunds on tuition will be considered for students who officially withdraw from an academic program following the withdrawal date and the time in the academic term when the student withdraws.

Refunds will only be issued for tuition charges, and are typically only made if the University approves.

There are several non-refunded application fees, registration fees, credential evaluation fees, administration fees, technology fees, processing fees and other charges that are designated and are not eligible for a refund.

The University has the discretion to make decisions on the basis of all considerations (in line with education standards and University policy), on a case-by-case-basis.

Registration fees, application fees, administrative fees, evaluation fee for credentials and any part of a non-refundable deposit, are strictly non-refundable
02

Official Withdrawal Requirement

A written notice of withdrawal to the University's Admissions Office, Registrar's Office or Student Services Department must be given by any student desiring to withdraw.

Failure to attend, lack of activity, not using the online learning resources or a student withdrawing from a class will not qualify as documented withdrawal nor discharge a student of financial responsibility.
