Roosevelt international university of Baptist is a Christ centered college dedicated to promotes Biblical education, Christian growth and servant leadership. The University aims to answer this call, equipping students to live responsibly for God, lead effectually as Christians and contribute positively to this rapidly evolving world, within a context of the authority of God's Word and the Baptist principles

We have a conviction that education is a holy privilege and duty of God given to the individual so he can be filled with wisdom, knowledge and character to glorify God. Thus, our learning philosophy differs from that of just academic learning and career preparation. We will seek to develop the whole person (mind, spirit and character) with our classroom community based on the commitment to intellectual growth, spiritual maturity and a strong connection with Jesus Christ

At RIUOB students have opportunities to discover the truth from the perspective of a Biblical world view, to think deeply about and to engage in scholarship, and to have a heart for service. Academic programs are developed that will be holistic they will include an integration of faith and learning, giving students the opportunity to seek to demonstrate its influence in the use of Christian principles in leadership, as well as in counseling, education and community engagement. We work to develop an individual who is ready to serve in a faithful manner in his/her church, community, profession, and ministry through excellent faculty, devotionally-oriented classes and expectant attitudes in the pursuit of Christian discipleship
