The Master of Ministry Administration (MMA) is a master's degree programme in ministry, offering Christian leaders the opportunity to develop and pursue effective ministry administration, organizational leadership and strategic ministry management in church, ministries and faith-based organisations. This program, firmly rooted in Biblical principles and Christian ethics, provides students with the knowledge and skills to serve ministries with integrity, accountability and vision.
The MMA program at Roosevelt international university of Baptist combines ministry leadership and contemporary administrative concepts to help students administer people, resources, programs and organizational development. The curriculum covers issues of church administration, financial stewardship, strategic planning, human resource management, digital ministry, governance and global missions leadership whilst remaining grounded in servant leadership and Kingdom impact.
Students who complete this program are ready to take on roles as a Christian institutions administrative, executive pastor, ministry director, nonprofit leader, missions coordinator, and organizational leader. The program also equips students for higher level leadership roles in the ministry, education, and the development of a community of faith.
