Fellowship
Our Fellowship Program dive into deep study, building on work they began during doctoral training. Because it targets those already holding a PhD, the experience pushes inquiry beyond earlier stages of learning. Each project unfolds with room to explore - backed by resources that match ambitious goals. Instead of following set paths, participants shape questions unique to their fields. Growth happens through doing, supported by space and guidance to test ideas. For some, it means refining methods; for others, venturing into unfamiliar territory feels more right.
Programme Overview
The curriculum is progressive in the sense that basic fundamentals are followed through to its advanced stages of business specialization. The initial study develops the knowledge of management, economics, accounting and organizational behavior. Mid-level enforced analytical skills with business law, marketing strategy, financial management and research methods. Strategic leadership, innovation, decision sciences and applied industry practice are the focus of senior stages
A journey through the fellowship starts not with answers, but questions shaped into proposals. From there, work unfolds under mentorship - steady, step by step. What comes last is not an ending, just clarity shared: findings handed in or sent out into journals.
Frequent check-ins keep participants on track, while mentorship opens doors to deeper insight. Progress unfolds through guided inquiry, shaped by thoughtful feedback along the way. Each project grows out of real-world questions, rooted in fresh thinking. Rigor matters, but so does creativity - both are quietly woven into every stage. Focus stays sharp, centered on work that makes room for discovery without losing direction.
